Keep your body healthy with Negative Calorie foods

Some foods need more energy in the metabolization process than what we get from them.
This foods are called Negative Calorie foods . 
For example, water supplies the body with no calories while it needs eneregy to swallow and to warm the body temperature.
Here a group of other foods are listed below. 

THese foods provide an amount of calories that are less than what we need to do anything. This is referred to as Basal Netabolic Rate( BMR).This is the amount needed for breathing, circulating the blood, removing the toxins and filtering it and nothing more. These foods are referred to as negative calorie foods ( N.C.Fs.)
These will result in great and quick advance for dieters. However, we have to be cautious regarding a diet consisting of N.c.Fs as in lack of necessary eneregy from foods , our bodies will get it from the muscles, then after getting our body needs from muscles , they will be weak and i twill result in weakness and wasting of the body. So, how can we balance between having good shape and having good health when folowing this diet?
It is a piece of cake. Follow a balanced calorie- wise dieti.e use these N.C.F as apart of a healthier diet . For example,a balanced break fast would consist of: a half grapefruit ( vitamin c, fibre) , one egg-white ( protein), one pat of margarine ( non-saturated fat) two slices of melba toast(carbohydrate), a cup of 1% milk ( protein, carbohydrate, low fat, calcium, vitamins)
