Thirdly, one of the best diet plans in general and especially for teen agers. It is called Slim Fast diet and in this diet , dieters would eat six times as it works on controlling hunger for more than six hours. It is balanaced , nutritional and rich in proteins and calcium and it contains fruits, cottage cheese fruits ,fresh vegetables, meats and nuts. So, its meals are not only cautious but also tasty

This diet plan is called Ngeative diet and it was given that name because the net calorie acount is less than needed calories to digest them , thus the calories output is negative. The most important content of the plan is the roughages , low fats, fruits and vegetables
